Privacy policy

This page explains how we use website visitors’ data and information submitted through the quotation form.

Who processes your data?

The data controller is Roland Čevari pr Doctor Agro Dron, Novi Sad, Serbia. For privacy enquiries, email doctoragrodron@gmail.com. Other contact details are available on the home page.

What information do you provide?

The form collects your name, phone number, field location, crop or service and field area. The additional message is optional. Do not include sensitive personal data or other people’s data without an appropriate basis.

Required fields are needed to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us by phone or email. Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a contract.

Purpose and basis of processing

We process form data on the basis of the consent you give before submitting it, to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the service. We do not use it for advertising without a separate basis. If cooperation proceeds, further processing needed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations relies on those bases.

We process technical data needed to protect the website and prevent abuse in pursuit of our legitimate interest in operating the site and form securely. We do not make automated decisions about clients or profile them.

How is an enquiry delivered?

Your enquiry passes through the application on the Vtiny Hosting server. Resend sends the message to doctoragrodron@gmail.com, where we receive and store it in Gmail. Form data is not written to a website database. People handling enquiries access them to reply and arrange the work.

To limit spam, the application temporarily uses the IP address in server memory to restrict attempts in 15-minute intervals. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs, including IP addresses and request data, under its own policies.

How long do we keep data?

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept in our business mailbox for no more than 12 months after the last communication, then deleted. If cooperation proceeds, records needed to perform the work and meet legal obligations are kept separately in line with those obligations.

We delete business enquiries from the mailbox ourselves; the website does not delete them automatically. Email delivery and storage providers also have their own retention periods for technical logs and backups. Current information is available in their policies linked below.

Service providers and processing outside Serbia

We use Vtiny Hosting, Resend and Google Gmail to operate the site and deliver enquiries. These services may involve processing outside Serbia. Information about their processing, subprocessors and international transfers is available on these pages:

Your rights

Where legal conditions are met, you may request information about processing, access, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent to processing your enquiry. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Send your request to doctoragrodron@gmail.com. We respond without undue delay and within statutory time limits. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Cookies and external services

When you change language, we temporarily store the current section identifier in the browser’s sessionStorage so that the same part of the page opens. It is removed after the selected language loads and is not used to track visitors.

The site has no first-party analytics or advertising scripts. A necessary temporary form_session cookie protects the enquiry form and lasts up to two hours. Google Fonts supplies the font and Google Maps the embedded map. Loading these resources connects your browser to Google servers and transmits technical data. Google’s own privacy and cookie policies apply to its processing.

Instagram and Facebook links lead to external websites. Their policies apply when you open them.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing or services change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
