02 / WHY DRONE SPRAYING?
The drone does not drive through the crop, so tractor wheels do not damage the plants.
Airflow from the propellers moves plants and turns leaves, helping droplets penetrate dense foliage.
A drone allows treatment of tall crops and fields waterlogged after rain or irrigation, without waiting for the soil to dry out.

Doctor Agro Dron is run by the Čevari brothers — software engineers who have been involved in farming since childhood. We primarily grow field crops, and our desire to bring technology into our work on the land led us to drones.
We started with a smaller drone and explored its different applications through fieldwork. We see a drone as an additional tool alongside conventional sprayers, useful when machinery access is difficult or driving through would damage plants.
We have been providing drone services for several seasons, using the experience gained in each field to improve our work. On our own fields, we have also carried out small trial treatments with different products and application methods to assess which treatments make practical sense and when they are cost-effective.
Both of us have experience in every stage of the job, from preparing products and equipment to piloting. We have a complete setup for daytime and night-time work, and plan each treatment around the crop, field condition and weather.

Clients usually supply the products, but we can also arrange procurement by prior agreement.
You can book by sending an enquiry through the website, messaging us on social media or calling our phone number. Have the field location, crop type and area to be treated ready.
This depends on the treatment arrangements. Usually, you only need to supply the product; we agree on all the details before coming to the field.
Please contact us as soon as you decide a treatment is needed. We first agree on an approximate period, then confirm the exact timing closer to the job based on the forecast and working conditions.
Weather can change even during treatment. If conditions no longer allow safe work and appropriate application, we stop and wait for suitable conditions to resume.
Approximate coverage is 10–15 ha per hour for field crops and vegetables, and up to 4 ha per hour for fruit crops. Actual output depends on the field, treatment type and working conditions.
Our team prepares and mixes the products according to your dosage instructions, while following the product instructions and conditions of use.
